Having to collect water prevents young girls from attending school
Relying on water from rivers or unprotected wells can pose health risks due to contamination
Lack of clean drinking water means a higher prevalence of waterborne diseases such as diarrhoea
Without wells, access to safe water sources becomes scarce during the dry season

To give the gift of clean drinking water, we choose to partner with Love Mercy Foundation. Love Mercy exists to empower communities in Northern Uganda to overcome poverty caused by the horrors of war. Love Mercy sees a future where Northern Uganda is transformed through simple solutions to poverty – increasing access to education, health care and income generation.
