Pro Purpose is a registered charity that receives donations from businesses to finance life-changing projects.

Connecting business and purpose

Pro Purpose is a nonprofit organisation that is much like a funnel. We receive and collect funds and then distribute funds to our ‘on the ground’ local charity partners.

As a registered charity...

We have numerous requirements we must adhere to in order to remain compliant. The process for becoming a registered charity and maintaining registration is one that is rigorous, regulated and closely monitored.


  A constitution that sets out our charitable objectives and operating rules

  Be an association of three or more people

  A governing body that has control of the management of Pro Purpose

  A clause in our constitution that states we are not-for-profit

  Regular reporting to ACNC

Education

We are a public ancillary

Pro Purpose is a Public Ancillary Fund and is owned by the Pro Purpose Trust, a registered charitable entity.

 Charity partners 

We are serious about ethical and tangible impact. Only after a stringent screening process by the Pro Purpose board of directors do we make the final decision around aligning with a charity partner. We spend countless hours researching and liaising with our charitable partners and projects to ensure that every dollar you donate goes to where it says it's going and where it's needed most.

100% of project donations received go directly to impact projects via our chosen charity partners. We also meet with each of our charity partners quarterly to continue strengthening our relationships and ensure transparency and accountability. A partnership with Pro Purpose and our chosen charity partners is a partnership you can trust.
